Privacy Policy

1. What data we collect

UpSocial ("Service") processes the following categories of data:

• Account data: email, name, avatar (when signing in with Google).
• Payment data: amount, currency, transaction ID. Card and wallet details are handled by payment processors (Cryptomus, Robokassa) — we do not store them.
• Order data: publication/profile link, service quantity, IP address for fraud prevention.
• Technical data: cookie identifiers, user-agent, country / language preferences.

2. Why we use it

• Order fulfilment and customer support.
• Billing and fraud prevention.
• Aggregated service-quality analytics (no personal identification).
• Legal obligations (transaction record-keeping).

3. Third-party sharing

We share the minimum necessary data:

• Payment processors — to process transactions.
• Promotion service providers — only the publication link and quantity, never your identity.
• Government authorities — upon valid official requests.

We do not sell your data.

4. Retention

Account and payment data — while your account is active plus 3 years (accounting requirements). Order data — 12 months after fulfilment. Cookies — see the Cookie Policy.

5. Your rights

At any time you may request: a copy of your data, correction, account deletion, withdrawal of consent. Send requests to privacy@upsocial.pro — we will respond within 30 days.

6. Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS 1.2+); passwords are hashed (Argon2/bcrypt); admin panel access is restricted to an email allow-list.
